Toombs Orthodontics in Prairie Village, KS seeks an experienced Orthodontic Practice Manager to lead our two-doctor team and drive exceptional patient experiences.

The role focuses on coaching a high-performing team, optimizing operations, and partnering with doctors to grow the practice while delivering top-notch care and service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of dental or orthodontic management experience.
• Previous leadership or management experience required.
• Strong understanding of orthodontic practice operations.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a positive team culture.
• Comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and holding team members accountable.
• Experience using reports and KPIs to drive practice performance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, organized, and confident with a patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Office Hours

• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

No nights or weekends!

What You'll Do

As our Practice Manager, you'll oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the practice while fostering a positive, accountable, and high‑performing team.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach, and develop an exceptional orthodontic team
• Foster a collaborative, positive, and engaging workplace culture
• Ensure every patient receives an outstanding experience from their first phone call through treatment completion
