Family Orthodontics of Naples / Children's Dentistry of Naples is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy pediatric and orthodontic practice in Naples, FL. The role focuses on leading both pediatric and orthodontic services, with orthodontic care provided 2–3 days per week, and a strong emphasis on exceptional patient and parent experiences.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of dental office management experience.
• Experience managing a pediatric dental practice is strongly preferred; pediatric/orthodontic combo is ideal.
• Strong leadership, coaching and customer service skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.

• Deliver an outstanding patient and parent experience with high levels of customer service.

Are you an experienced Dental Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment?

We are seeking a proven leader to oversee the daily operations of our busy combination pediatric and orthodontic practice. Pediatric dentistry is our primary business line, with orthodontic services offered approximately 2–3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading both sides of the practice while understanding that the majority of daily operations are focused on pediatric dentistry.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager who is passionate about exceptional customer service, building strong teams, and helping a growing practice succeed. If you have experience managing a pediatric, orthodontic, or combination practice and enjoy leading by example, we'd love to hear from you.
