Job summary

Roseman University of Health Sciences is seeking a Patient Experience Specialist to guide patients through their orthodontic treatment journey. You will coordinate appointments and communications, verify insurance, and explain financial options to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience from check-in to follow-up care.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, with a high school diploma and a commitment to exceptional patient service in a fast-paced dental setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) preferred, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients and staff in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients, creating a welcoming and seamless experience from check-in through follow-up care.
• Coordinate appointments, treatment schedules, and patient communications to support efficient clinic operations and exceptional service.
• Verify insurance coverage, obtain authorizations, and help patients understand treatment plans, financial responsibilities, and payment options.
• Process payments, resolve account discrepancies, and support positive financial experiences for patients.
• Partner with providers and cross-functional teams to improve patient flow, enhance service, and support daily clinic operations.
