Roseman University of Health Sciences in Henderson, NV is seeking a Patient Experience Specialist to guide patients through their orthodontic treatment journey. You will coordinate appointments, explain treatment plans and insurance benefits, assist with financial arrangements, and ensure every patient feels informed, welcomed, and prepared for their next visit.

You’ll partner with providers and staff to improve patient flow, maintain accurate records, process payments, and support onboarding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) preferred, with ability to communicate in English and Spanish.
• Progression through PES levels is based on experience in dental/medical office or related education.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients, creating a welcoming and seamless experience from check-in through follow-up care.
• Coordinate appointments, treatment schedules, and patient communications to support efficient clinic operations and exceptional service.
• Verify insurance coverage, obtain authorizations, and explain treatment plans, financial responsibilities, and payment options.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, consents, and account information for a smooth care journey.
• Process payments, resolve account discrepancies, and support positive financial experiences for patients.
• Partner with providers and cross-functional teams to improve patient flow and daily operations.
• Support onboarding and training, and serve as a trusted resource for patients and teammates.
