Job summary

Corus Orthodontists is seeking a part-time Treatment Coordinator Assistant for our Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA practices. You will support the Treatment Coordinator, greet patients, and help manage records and patient flow.

The role emphasizes patient experience and teamwork within a growing orthodontic network. The position offers opportunities to develop in a supportive environment, with travel between Portland and Vancouver and a schedule of 24–27 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Good with computers and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Dental or Ortho office experience considered an asset.
• Previous experience in professional sales considered an asset.
• Certified Dental Assistant an asset.
• Growth minded individual excited about orthodontics.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with patients, families, and staff to achieve outcomes.
• Assist the Treatment Coordinator in taking and updating records (pano, ceph, photos, digital scan).
• Work with TC to create a seamless new patient experience.
• Enter patient information and file x-rays after scanning.
• Assist with managing active and archived patient files.
