Job summary

Corus Orthodontists, a growing network of over 50 practices, seeks a part-time Treatment Coordinator Assistant for our Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA locations. Join a supportive team and help deliver exceptional patient experiences while coordinating treatment timelines and records.

The role is 24–27 hours per week, Tue–Thu, with travel between sites. You’ll update patient records, assist with imaging and labs, guide patients through visits, and help onboard families to our remote monitoring

Qualifications

• Dental or orthodontic office experience preferred.
• Good with computers and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Certified Dental Assistant is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with patients and families to ensure positive outcomes.
• Assist the Treatment Coordinator in taking and updating records (pano, ceph, photos, scans).
• Help create a seamless new patient experience between sites.
• Enter patient information into the computer and manage records.
• Assist in keeping active patient files organized and archive old files.
• Assist with onboarding patients using our remote monitoring system.
