You will coordinate exams and visits, support patients and families, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an orthodontic or dental office setting is preferred.
• Experience verifying insurance and understanding orthodontic benefits, coverage, and patient responsibility is highly desired.
• Ability to manage a busy schedule and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families to set a welcoming, high-energy tone for every visit.
• Manage a busy orthodontic schedule, minimize wait times, and resolve scheduling challenges.
• Coordinate appointments for exams, adjustments, retainer checks, and follow-up care with accuracy.
• Serve as the connection between patients, families and the clinical team for smooth handoffs.
• Support patients throughout their visit, including scheduling future appointments and collecting payments.
• Verify appointments, manage recalls, and follow up on missed or overdue visits.
• Maintain accurate patient records in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Collaborate with the orthodontic team to support daily office operations.
