Qualifications

BS/BA or equivalent in healthcare, technology, or business.
Minimum of 3 years work experience with orthodontic manufacturer or orthodontic practice.
Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to train customers.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales and customer service to provide onboarding support and training.
Design, deliver and customize technical training materials and guides for customers.
Diagnose and resolve product or clinical challenges for customers.
Troubleshoot orthodontic IT aspects (network, scanners, software) related to product usage.
Build long-term relationships with customers and act as SME to internal teams.
