Virginia Family Dentistry, PC is seeking an Orthodontic Front Desk Scheduler in the Tri-Cities area. The role requires at least 2 years of orthodontic administration or treatment coordination experience, with some clinical exposure preferred.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, and paid hourly at a range of $18.00 to $24.00 per hour. Typical hours are 8am–5pm, about 4.5 days per week, in a Cedar Springs/Prince George region clinic.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of orthodontic admin/treatment coordination experience.
• Attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Review doctor's schedule daily to fill open appointment times.
• Confirm, schedule, and follow up on unscheduled appointments.
• Answer phones and check office emails daily.
• Run necessary patient reports and make follow up and treatment calls.
• Ensure all patient appointment information is up to date.
• Assist other team members as needed.
