Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation's Ormco division seeks a Digital Solutions Specialist to accelerate adoption of our digital orthodontic solutions. This field-based role partners with doctors, practice teams, and internal stakeholders to move customers from commitment to activated, confident utilization.

You will deliver hands-on training, readiness assessments, and initial case support, while coordinating handoffs to Clinical Success and Support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in orthodontics, dentistry, medical devices, clinical training, customer implementation, or related field.
• Experience training, coaching, or supporting clinicians and practice teams in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to translate technical, product, and workflow information into clear, actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer readiness assessments and implementation planning.
• Deliver field-based product and workflow training.
• Support initial case submissions and early product utilization.
• Coordinate a smooth handoff to Clinical Success and ongoing support.
• Document implementation plans and customer activity in CRM.
