We are a young, energetic orthodontic practice that makes straightening teeth something patients actually look forward to! Our office is stylish, tech-forward, and filled with laughter, music, and the occasional singing outbreak.

Responsibilities

Your Day-to-Day:

1. Assisting with orthodontic procedures like placing brackets, wires, taking scans, and aligners.
2. Making patients—especially our younger ones—feel at ease and excited about their smile journey.
3. Keeping the environment clean, safe, and running efficiently.
4. Staying on top of sterilization protocols and managing patient charts.
5. Supporting your teammates and being part of a crew that truly has fun at work.

Qualifications

You'll fit right in if you:

• Have orthodontic assistant experience or dental assisting experience with a desire to specialize.
• Are upbeat, reliable, and love working with people of all ages.
• Know how to stay calm under pressure—and maybe crack a joke while you’re at it.
• Can juggle brackets and good vibes.
• Are ready to grow in a supportive, positive environment.

Compensation

$16 - $22 hourly
