Job summary

Orthodontic Associates in Frederick, MD is seeking an Orthodontic Clinician III to join our growing team. You will deliver a positive clinical experience while adhering to policies and state dental laws under the general supervision of an Orthodontist.

You will place and remove appliances, perform bonding and bracket positioning, review records, and manage patient flow. The role also includes remote monitoring, patient education, and maintaining infection-control standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as an Orthodontic Clinician II.
• Dental Assistant certification if required by state.
• Radiography certification if required by state.
• CPR certification if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Place and remove orthodontic appliances and take full records under supervision.
• Bonding, placement and precise positioning of brackets.
• Review patient charts and transcribe doctor notes.
• Perform laboratory procedures under supervision.
• Manage patient flow and respond to direct patient messages.
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and remote monitoring.
• Sterilize and prepare equipment and operatory per protocol.
