Benedetti Orthodontics in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an Orthodontic Clinician II to deliver excellent patient care under the supervision of an Orthodontist. You’ll assist with placing/removing appliances, take records, and manage patient flow.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in orthodontics, High School diploma or equivalent, and relevant certifications. Competitive salary and benefits are offered, along with opportunities to grow with a growing practice.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of orthodontic experience or six months as Smile Doctor’s Orthodontic Clinician.
• Dental Assistant certification may be required by state Dental Board.
• Radiography certification may be required by state Dental Board.
• CPR certification may be required by state Dental Board.

Responsibilities

• Assist in placing and removing orthodontic appliances, and taking full records under supervision of the Orthodontist.
• Perform accurate and efficient procedures to maintain the schedule and patient flow.
• Review patient charts, log data and transcribe doctor notes.
• Perform laboratory procedures under supervision of an Orthodontist.
• Assist with monitoring dashboard: review/triage scans, respond to messages, triage notifications.
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and remote monitoring.
• Clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment and operatory following protocols.
• Assist in local store marketing and community events.
