Job summary

Margolis Orthodontics is seeking a Clinical Manager to join our growing team. The Clinic Manager oversees clinic operations with support from the Doctor, including people management, driving growth, profitability and patient experience.

You’ll partner with the Doctor to build a positive clinical culture, manage staff, monitor P&L, and lead local marketing efforts. The role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow with our expanding practice.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience required
• Orthodontic or dental experience preferred
• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong coaching and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals
• Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Doctor to create a positive clinical culture, ensuring team behaviours reflect clinical excellence and patient care standards
• Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and a positive demeanor, ensuring the office culture reflects company values
• Ensure clinic team is trained on new tools, protocols and initiatives
• Understand and monitor P&L statements to achieve monthly goals
• Build relationships in the local dental community and participate in local marketing efforts
• Manage controllable costs including labor hours and supplies
• Serve as liaison between Doctor and team on assignments, priorities, and performance
• Handle patient escalations to resolve issues mutually
• Cover roles in the clinic when business demands
• Follow protocols to ensure OSHA/HIPAA/state regulations compliance
