Qualifications

• 2 years of clinic experience within Smile Doctors or affiliated practice clinic.
• High school diploma required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong coaching and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations with support from the Doctor, driving growth, profitability and patient experience.
• Manage staff, scheduling, and role assignments to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Monitor P&L and control costs, including labor hours and supplies.
• Partner with the Doctor on marketing and community relations to grow the local practice.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and State Dental Board regulations.
