You will manage a medium-to-large team, coordinate training, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive smooth office performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and staff management.
• Schedule appointments and optimize patient flow.
• Monitor no-shows, reschedule as needed, and handle billing-related tasks.
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting to leadership and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain patient data in accordance with privacy policies and regulations.
