Job summary

Orthodontic Experts Ltd is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, manage scheduling, and ensure high-quality patient care in our Hillside, IL clinics. You will maintain a safe environment, optimize processes, and drive excellent service while coordinating with multiple sister offices.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 3–4 years in office administration, 2 years in office management, and strong MS Office/Google Suites proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• 3–4 years of experience in office administration.
• 2 years of office management experience.
• Excellent computer skills with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Google Suites.

Responsibilities

• Trains and supervises office personnel.
• Manages scheduling of patients and adjusts as needed.
• Monitors no-shows and coordinates calls and rescheduling.
• Provides weekly/monthly reports to leadership.
