Job summary

You will manage staff, monitor the clinic’s finances, participate in local marketing, and ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA while upholding our patient‑first culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years of clinic supervisory experience or equivalent leadership role.
• Orthodontic or dental experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations with support from the Doctor, focusing on people management and patient experience.
• Monitor and manage monthly P&L to achieve profitability goals.
• Lead by example to maintain professional, compassionate office culture.
• Coordinate scheduling, assignments, and clinical priorities across the team.
• Participate in local marketing and community outreach.
