Qualifications

• 2 years of clinic experience required for internal candidates.
• 2 years of supervisory experience required for external candidates.
• Orthodontic or dental experience preferred.
• Strong coaching and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations with support from the Doctor.
• Ensure team behaviors reflect clinical excellence.
• Monitor Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
• Manage controllable costs like labor and supplies.
• Handle patient escalations.
