Job summary

Smile Doctors is seeking a Clinic Manager to join our Austin-area clinics and oversee day-to-day operations in collaboration with the Doctor. This role emphasizes people leadership, patient experience, and driving growth and profitability within the practice.

The Clinic Manager will monitor performance against goals, support local marketing efforts, and ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and dental board regulations. Strong communication, confidentiality, and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Immediate proficiency with software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Doctor to create a positive clinical culture and ensure high patient care standards.
• Lead by example with professionalism and integrity to promote a values-driven office culture.
• Ensure clinic staff are trained on new tools, protocols and initiatives.
• Understand and monitor P&L statements to achieve monthly goals.
• Build relationships within the local dental community and support local marketing efforts.
