Job summary

Diamond Braces is seeking a Dental Billing Specialist to manage dental insurance claims, CDT coding, Medicaid billing, and follow-ups in a hybrid or remote setting. You will oversee the full lifecycle of billing, submit claims, pursue payments, and resolve denials while keeping accurate, audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dental insurance billing experience.
• Strong knowledge of CDT codes and insurance workflows.
• Experience with Medicaid billing preferred.
• Proven ability to reduce denials and manage claim follow-ups.
• Experience with billing or practice management software.
• High attention to detail and accountability.
• Ability to work independently in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

You Are Responsible For One Thing

You will manage the full lifecycle of dental insurance billing, including submission, follow-up, and resolution.

Core Responsibilities
