Job summary

Diamond Braces is seeking a Dental Billing Specialist to manage dental insurance claims, CDT coding, Medicaid billing, and follow-ups. This hybrid/remote role begins with training and then offers flexible work arrangements after onboarding, with a focus on accuracy and timely payments.

You will submit claims, track denials, post payments, assist with patient billing, and maintain compliant records. Requires 3+ years of dental insurance billing experience and proficiency with practice management

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dental insurance billing experience.
• Strong knowledge of CDT codes and insurance claim workflows.
• Experience with Medicaid dental billing preferred.
• Proven ability to reduce denials and manage claim follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Submit clean, accurate dental insurance claims using correct CDT codes.
• Track and aggressively follow up on outstanding claims to ensure payment.
• Post insurance payments accurately and reconcile discrepancies.
• Explain insurance coverage and patient responsibility clearly.
