The Dental Boutique Naples is seeking a Rock Star Office Manager to lead a privately owned general dentistry practice offering Invisalign, implants, and full arch restorations.

We value a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds a winning team, and drives exceptional patient experience. You’ll own the role, coach staff, manage financials, and support patient care with strong communication and systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of management or leadership experience.
• Ability to coach for growth and mentorship.
• Servant leadership and ownership mindset.
• Experience with customer service and resolving issues with patients and team members.
• Open Dental experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable discussing financials, collections, and KPIs.
• Ability to have difficult conversations with patients and team members.
• A servant leadership mindset — lead through actions, not words.
• Ability to implement systems and hold team members accountable without micromanaging.
• Willingness to be flexible and accommodate schedule, including occasional extended hours.
• Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness, and customer service.
