Children's Happy Teeth & Happy Braces in California is seeking an EXPERIENCED & MOTIVATED Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pediatric dental practice. You will coordinate front desk activities, scheduling, billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance while maintaining a patient-centered, friendly atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will lead a proficient team, ensure efficient workflow, and deliver outstanding patient service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in management role (team of at least 10).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Previous experience in a dental office management role, preferably in a pediatric setting.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient care and customer service.
• Proficient in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A passion for working with children and a commitment to creating a positive dental experience.
