Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a management role (team of at least 10)
• Valid Driver's License
• Experience in a dental office management role, preferably pediatrics
• Strong leadership and ability to foster a positive team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on patient care and customer service
• Proficient in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Passion for working with children and creating a positive dental experience

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth workflow and team efficiency
• Supervise and train staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration to reach operational goals
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to provide exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere.
