Job summary

Nashville-based DentalMonitoring, a MedTech scale-up, seeks experienced dental professionals to join as integration consultants or office managers. You will onboard customers, tailor workflows, and train dental teams to maximize value from our AI-powered remote monitoring platform.

Travel up to 35% for on-site support across Tennessee and nearby states. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in dentistry/orthodontics, strong consultative experience, and proficiency with Salesforce, Gmail, and Google

Qualifications

5+ years of dental and orthodontic experience or equivalent degree.
3+ years of consultative experience.
2+ years track record at Dental Monitoring (or equivalent).
Clear understanding of conceptual/consultative selling approach.
Consultative, training, and implementation experience.
Ability to build and maintain positive partnerships with internal and external customers.
Enthusiastic, independent worker with strong communication and time management skills.
Native language speaker with good English; strong organizational skills.
Expert user of SalesForce.

Responsibilities

Onboard new customers and create custom workflows for each office.
Train clinicians and dental teams to use the DentalMonitoring suite.
Nurture existing customers to maximize benefits of AI technology and dashboard.
Build strong relationships so customers advocate for the brand and products.
Act as a technical bridge between customers and the platform.
Support and attend local trade shows.
Collaborate with regional sales, customer success, inside sales, and reps for best onboarding.
Influence doctors and staff to adopt new protocols.
