Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months to one year of relevant experience and/or training.
• Relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule patient surgical procedures for the orthopedic practice.
• Review initial surgical booking forms to ensure required information is complete.
• Identify and obtain missing information needed to complete surgical scheduling.
• Confirm final surgical schedules.
• Communicate effectively to support accurate and timely scheduling.
