Responsibilities

• Manages clerical, scheduling, and patient accounting duties for the clinic.
• Schedules all cases for OR and communicates with support services and OR needs.
• Performs telephone communication, message delivery, and patient follow-up as directed.
• Prepares surgery schedule and call sheets for departments.
• Monitors monthly stats for surgical procedures and surgeons, reporting as required.
