Inova Health System’s Alexandria Hospital in Virginia is seeking a Clinical Technician 1 for the Ortho Surgery Unit. This full-time night position runs 6:00 PM–6:30 AM with rotating days, weekends and holidays.

The role provides direct patient care under RN supervision, with emphasis on teamwork and professional conduct. Candidates should have a High School diploma and BLS certification (or obtain within 90 days).

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Special Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurses.
• Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.
• Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.
• May perform additional duties as assigned
