Stryker Corporation in Bloomfield, CT is offering a Field-based Intern, Ortho Sales role for students pursuing related bachelor's studies. You will shadow Sales Associates and Operations Team Members to learn branch processes and prepare a concise sales presentation.

You will build a target account list, craft marketing strategies, and gain selling experience with coaching from Sales Managers. Expect travel up to 40% and hourly pay from $20 to $35, with a sign-on bonus and housing or stipend

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field with plans to remain enrolled after summer.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Must be a U.S. permanent resident or citizen.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and exercise independent judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated leadership and business acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Sales Associates, Sales Representatives, and Operations Team Members to learn branch operations and prepare a sales presentation.
• Develop a project segment to create a target account list and marketing strategy.
• Learn selling skills and instrument use techniques with mentorship from Sales Teams.
• Support Team Members in logistics, including kit deliveries and warehouse tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product-related initiatives.
• Assist Sales and Field Operations on special projects as needed.
