Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field with anticipated enrollment after summer.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
• Must be a permanent resident or US citizen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work with enthusiasm.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proven leadership and business acumen.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Sales Associates, Sales Reps, and Operations to learn branch operations.
• Prepare a project segment to target accounts and marketing strategy.
• Learn selling skills and instrument use techniques with mentoring.
• Shadow drivers delivering kits to and from accounts.
• Assist warehouse team in assembling kits and preparing products for surgery.
• Interact with cross-functional teams about products.
• Assist teams with special projects as assigned.
