Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field; plan to enroll after summer.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• U.S. permanent resident or citizen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willing to adapt to changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated leadership and business acumen.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Sales Associates and Operations Team Members to learn all branch aspects.
• Prepare a project segment to develop a target account list or marketing strategy.
• Learn selling skills with coaching from sales teams.
• Shadow and assist Team Members with kit deliveries.
• Assist warehouse in assembling and preparing instruments for surgery.
• Interact with various product teams.
• Support Sales and Field Operations on special projects.
