Responsibilities

• Performs all unit-specific nursing duties.
• Implements care plans and procedures.
• Maintains accurate documentation for the healthcare team.
• Assesses patients on admission and develops care plans.
• Educates patients on wound care, mobility, self-care, and medications.
• Coordinates with physicians and surgeons on patient care.
• Delegates and monitors nursing interventions.
