Qualifications

• RN with >1 year of clinical experience.
• BLS certification within 30 days.
• Licensed RN by IDFPR (Illinois).
• Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing duties specific to the unit and scope of service.
• Document nursing care accurately and timely.
• Assess patient upon admission and develop a care plan.
• Implement and monitor care plans and interventions.
• Ensure patient and staff safety and report hazards.
• Educate patients on wound care, mobility, self-care, and medications.
• Coordinate with physicians and surgeons on patient care.
