Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with Illinois IDFPR.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree.
• RN with >1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs all unit-specific nursing duties.
• Implements plans of care and patient care procedures.
• Maintains accurate documentation for the healthcare team.
• Assesses patients on admission and develops care plans.
• Educates patients and families on wound care, mobility, and self-care.
• Coordinates with physicians and surgeons on patient care.
