Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join NT4, a 41-bed unit with Advanced Certification for Hip and Knee Replacements. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for external applicants with >1 year commitment.

The RN will perform assessments, develop and implement care plans, document care, and coordinate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) per IDFPR requirements.
• RN with >1 year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient assessment and develop a care plan.
• Implement nursing interventions and care procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation for the healthcare team integration.
• Coordinate with physicians and surgeons on patient care.
