Job summary

Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, LLC (IBJI) is seeking a Rehabilitation Service Technician to support therapists in delivering high-quality care. The role emphasizes teamwork, patient interaction, and efficient clinic operations within a busy orthopedic rehab setting.

The position requires availability for 15 hours per week, on-site at IBJI locations. Candidates should be enrolled in school or a high school graduate, with basic Windows/MS Office skills and good communication abilities to assist

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Must be currently enrolled in school or a high school graduate.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient service in a fast-paced orthopedic rehab office.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and restock supplies.
• Assist clinicians with patient exercise programs and setup.
• Print home exercise programs under clinician direction.
• Perform front desk duties when needed: check-in, scheduling, co-pays, and phone coverage.
• Protect patient privacy in line with HIPAA requirements.
