Job summary

Crystal Creek Dental is seeking an experienced Orthodontic RDA to join our fast-paced ortho team in Texas. You’ll assist chairside, manage brackets and wires, and handle digital scans and Invisalign fittings, while educating patients on care.

Ideal candidates have an active Texas RDA license, a minimum of 2 years in orthodontics, and excellent attention to detail with strong patient communication. Join a supportive, team-oriented practice with growth opportunities.

• Active Texas RDA license required.
• Minimum 2 years of orthodontic assisting experience required.
• Hands-on experience with bonding, adjustments, and debanding.
• Familiarity with digital scanning and Invisalign preferred.

• Dependable, professional, and a true team player.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assist during exams, bonding, adjustments, and other ortho procedures.

What You Will Do

• Assist the orthodontist chairside during exams, bonding, adjustments, and other ortho procedures
• Place and remove brackets, bands, and wires under doctor supervision
• Take and process digital X-rays, photos, and intraoral scans
• Take impressions and assist with Invisalign and aligner fittings
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care during treatment
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized operatory
• Assist with scheduling, chart documentation, and maintaining accurate patient records
• Support the front office team as needed to ensure smooth patient flow
• Uphold all OSHA, infection control, and HIPAA compliance standards

What We Are Looking For
