Job summary

Crystal Creek Dental is seeking an experienced Orthodontic RDA to join our fast-paced ortho team in Texas. You’ll assist chairside, manage brackets and wires, and handle digital scans and Invisalign fittings, while educating patients on care.

Ideal candidates have an active Texas RDA license, a minimum of 2 years in orthodontics, and excellent attention to detail with strong patient communication. Join a supportive, team-oriented practice with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RDA license required.
• Minimum 2 years of orthodontic assisting experience required.
• Hands-on experience with bonding, adjustments, and debanding.
• Familiarity with digital scanning and Invisalign preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent patient communication skills.
• Dependable, professional, and a true team player.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assist during exams, bonding, adjustments, and other ortho procedures.
• Place and remove brackets, bands, and wires under supervision.
• Take and process digital X-rays, photos, and intraoral scans.
• Take impressions and assist with Invisalign aligner fittings.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene during treatment.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments; keep operatory clean.
• Assist with scheduling and chart documentation; maintain records.
• Support front office to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Uphold OSHA, infection control, and HIPAA standards.
