Job summary

MyOrthodontist in Concord, NC is seeking an orthodontic assistant to support patients before, during, and after appointments, helping ensure a warm, efficient patient experience.

You will take radiographs, impressions, and intraoral photos, assist with brackets and bands, and help with room sterilization while documenting care and collaborating with the orthodontist and staff.

Qualifications

• Active license/registration to practice as a dental assistant, as required by your state.
• 6+ months of orthodontic assistant experience.
• CODA accredited dental assisting program preferred.
• Proficiency fitting bands and brackets, tying arch wires, and taking impressions.
• Punctual, professional, and a strong team player.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized with strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology.
