CHS Career Site seeks a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care under RN/LPN supervision in a Tucson facility. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and support safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes accurate data collection, effective communication with the care team, and adherence to infection control protocols. CNA/CPCT certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in acute care or currently enrolled in a Nursing program preferred.
• Basic knowledge of patient care practices and equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assists nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Collects and records patient data like vitals and intake/output, reporting to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Aids patients with meals, bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Communicates patient information effectively to the care team and adheres to safety protocols.
• Maintains PPE and infection control practices and participates in safety initiatives.
