Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with basic patient care and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Record and report vital signs and care data to RN/LPN/LVNs as applicable.
• Support meals, hygiene, grooming, and mobility needs of patients.
• Collect urine and stool samples; perform finger-stick glucose monitoring.
• Communicate patient information effectively; follow PPE and safety protocols.
• Contribute to performance improvement and infection control initiatives.
