Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in acute care or currently enrolled in a nursing program

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with delegated basic patient care tasks
• Collect and record vital signs and data, report to RN/LPN/LVN
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility
• Support meals, bathing, grooming, hygiene, and comfort
• Assist with catheter care and urine/stool sampling as needed
• Document and communicate patient information to care team
• Maintain infection control and PPE compliance
• Participate in performance improvement and risk management
• Maintain continuous observation if required
• Adhere to policies and maintain attendance
