• Record and report vital signs and other patient data to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Assist with meals, bathing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility.
• Position patients, assist with ambulation, and use mobility aids as needed.
• Collect urine/stool samples and monitor blood glucose as directed.
