Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of medical front office experience preferred.
• EMR experience (Epic) preferred.
• Familiar with insurance and referral processes.

• Clear, professional communication with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Check in and out new and established patients.
• Schedule and reschedule surgeries and appointments per office protocols.
• Obtain and complete insurance information.
• Answer phones on a multi-line system.
• Update patient records as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
