Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in an acute care setting or nursing program in progress.
• BCLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• CNA or CPCT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with delegated basic patient care services.
• Record vital signs and patient data for RN/LPN/LVN.
• Support meals, bathing, grooming, and mobility.
• Assist with patient positioning and use of mobility aids.
• Maintain infection control and PPE protocols.
• Communicate patient information to care team.
• Attend performance improvement initiatives as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with policies.
