Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with basic patient care services and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Collect and record vital signs and other patient data, reporting to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Support with meals, bathing, grooming, mobility, and daily activities.
• Use mobility aids and assist with positioning, ambulation, and transfers.
• Collect urine/stool samples and monitor capillary glucose as directed.
• Communicate patient information clearly to the care team and document findings.
