Formación

• RN license in Ohio (Current)
• Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's preferred
• Two to three years of clinical patient care experience
• Certification in nursing administration or area of clinical expertise; or certification achievable within eligible period

• Assist Nurse Manager in planning, organizing, and evaluating patient care operations on a 24-hour basis
• Coach and guide nursing staff; evaluate performance
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient care and efficiency
