Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
• Current Ohio RN license required.
• Minimum of three years RN clinical experience and two years of management experience.
• Certification in nursing administration or area of clinical expertise (or eligible timeline).
• Prior leadership and management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees patient care operations for a designated area on a 24-hour basis.
• Plans and develops short-, mid-, and long-term goals to improve unit operations.
• Mentors and evaluates the work performance of patient care staff.
• Manages unit budgets and identifies cost-saving initiatives.
