Job summary

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in nursing is required; a master's degree is preferred.
• Current Ohio RN license is required.
• Two to three years of clinical patient care experience are required.
• Certification in nursing administration or area of clinical expertise is preferred or must be achieved within eligibility timelines.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and related responsibilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating patient care operations on a 24-hour basis.
• Support the Nurse Manager and coach/guide patient care staff.
• Collaborate with other patient care departments to optimize operations and services.
• Promote a healthy work environment and uphold the nursing professional practice model.
